- GENERAL PROVISIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the Customer with Chaos Gone Global sp. z o. o., hereinafter referred to as "Chaos Gone Global" or "we", on the Chaos Gone Global website.
- TERMS OF SALE
All prices of goods in the Online Store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices, i.e. they include taxes, including value added tax (VAT) in the amount due. Orders within the European Union are not subject to customs duties. In the case of delivery outside the European Union, the Customer is obliged to cover any possible costs of taxes and customs duties.
The prices of goods on the Online Store website do not include delivery costs. Delivery costs depend on the selected method of delivering the product to the Customer, as well as on the value and characteristics of the ordered product (including its weight and size) and are provided when the Customer selects the method of delivering the product.
The total cost of the order, including the price of the products and delivery costs, is indicated in the shopping cart before the Customer places the order.
- RETURN OF GOODS
The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without having to provide a reason. For the return to be accepted, the product cannot bear traces of use and must be returned in the original packaging with tags.
The right of withdrawal applies to all products on the website pl.chaosgone.global, except for items subject to special temporary promotions - e.g. Mystery Box. Information about the impossibility of return must be included in the product description. The seller reserves the right to reject the return if the package is sent back after the specified deadline or if the returned product shows signs of wear, damage or destruction.

It is necessary to include a completed return form with the package. After the package is delivered to the seller's warehouse, the refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days. The funds will be returned to the account from which the order was paid.
- COMPLAINTS
Chaos Gone Global is liable to the Customer for the conformity of the goods with the concluded sales contract, to the extent specified in the Civil Code.
In the event of non-conformity of the goods with the contract before the expiry of the seller’s liability period, i.e. two years from the delivery of the goods, the Customer is obliged to notify the seller of the situation, at his own discretion:
- by filling out the complaint form available online
- by sending or delivering the notification in person to the postal address of the entrepreneur’s registered office or premises;
- by sending a notice to the e-mail address;
In order for the Seller to consider the complaint, the Customer is obliged to return the goods subject to the complaint to the Seller's headquarters. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will refund the complainant the incurred delivery costs.
The Customer may request a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, unless Chaos Gone Global immediately and without excessive inconvenience to the Customer replaces the defective item with a defect-free one or removes the defect.
If the item has already been replaced or repaired or the seller has not fulfilled the obligation to replace the item with a defect-free one or to remove the defect, the Customer may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
The buyer may not withdraw from the contract if the defect is insignificant.
Regardless of the complaint procedure, the Customer has the right to access out-of-court complaint procedures and remedies.
If the Seller does not accept the complaint and the Consumer or entrepreneur with consumer rights does not agree with its decision, they may request mediation or arbitration. There is also the possibility of out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations resulting from online sales contracts concluded between consumers and entrepreneurs at EU level, using the ODR Platform, which is an access point for consumers and entrepreneurs seeking out-of-court resolution of disputes covered by Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013. The ODR Platform operating at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr is an interactive website, which can be accessed electronically and free of charge in all official languages of the EU institutions.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Customer's personal data are processed by the Seller as the personal data administrator.
The provision of personal data by the Client is voluntary, but necessary in order to conclude the contract.
Detailed information on the protection of personal data is included in the "Privacy Policy" tab available in the Online Store.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
The regulations are effective from 02.11.2023
In order to use the Online Store, the end device and IT system used by the Customer must meet the Technical Requirements.
The choice of Polish law based on these Regulations does not deprive the Consumer of the protection granted to him under the provisions that cannot be excluded by an agreement between the Seller and the Consumer, under the law that, in accordance with the relevant regulations, would be applicable in the absence of choice.
