RETURNS
Returns to our store are possible within 14 days of receiving the package. The returned product cannot have any signs of use, must include the label and original packaging. We reserve the right to reject the return in the event of sending the package after the specified deadline and products whose condition indicates use or destruction.

Place the completed FORM inside
Once the package has been delivered to our warehouse, you will receive a refund within a maximum of 14 days. We return the funds to the account from which the order was paid.
EXCHANGES
It is possible to exchange in our store within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. It is possible to exchange for another available size or product with the same price. If you want to exchange, follow the return procedure. Remember to add the completed FORM to the package.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints about the product are possible within 2 years from the date of receipt of the shipment. To make a complaint, send a description of the damage and detailed photos to the address: contact@chaosgone.global
Each complaint is considered individually. Please do not return complaint packages without first contacting us at the above email address.
